What Aurevia collects, where it is stored, who can see it and how long it is kept.

What Aurevia collects
Your name, email address and the sign in method you chose. The company profile or acquisition profile you complete. The documents you upload. The decisions and messages recorded inside a deal.
Aurevia also keeps an activity record of each step so that every party can see what happened and when.
Who can see it
Before an introduction completes, the other party sees only a summary with no identifying detail. Identities and contact details are released only after every condition is met.
The Aurevia review team can see the records needed to review a buyer, support a deal and resolve a dispute. Private notes written by Aurevia are never shown to a buyer or a business owner. The success fee is visible only to the business owner and to Aurevia.
Identity verification
Identity checks are carried out by a specialist provider on their own pages. Aurevia never sees or stores your identity document or your photograph. Aurevia receives only the result of the check and the name and country it confirmed.
Calendar and meetings
Connecting a calendar is optional and can be removed at any time. Aurevia uses it only to propose and confirm meeting times. Meetings can be arranged manually instead.
Voice
Speaking with Aurevia is optional and every step can be completed by typing. A voice conversation is handled by a specialist provider. Aurevia stores only the facts you confirm, never a recording and never a transcript.
How long it is kept
Profiles and documents are kept while your account is open. Records of introductions, acceptances and closings are kept permanently, because they establish who was introduced to whom and on what terms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for a correction, or ask Aurevia to close your account. Write to Aurevia and the request will be answered within one month.
