These terms describe how the Aurevia Market works and what each party can expect.

What Aurevia is
Aurevia is a private marketplace that introduces qualified buyers to business owners who are considering a sale. Aurevia curates the introductions, holds the process together and keeps a record of every step.
Aurevia is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a business owner. Aurevia does not give legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and nothing shown in the marketplace is an offer or a recommendation.
Who can use the marketplace
Access is by invitation and review. A buyer is admitted only after Aurevia has reviewed their acquisition profile and evidence. A business owner is admitted after the company profile has been completed.
You confirm that you are acting for yourself or that you have the authority to act for the company you represent, and that the information you give is true.
Confidentiality
Identities stay hidden until every condition of an introduction is met. Both parties accept the same confidentiality undertaking, or a document of their own choosing, before any identity or contact detail is released.
Information shared inside a deal may only be used to consider that transaction.
Protected introductions and the success fee
Every introduction Aurevia makes is recorded permanently. Where a transaction follows an Aurevia introduction, a success fee is payable by the business owner. The buyer never pays a fee.
The fee terms that apply are the terms frozen at the moment the introduction was protected. Later changes to Aurevia pricing never apply to an introduction already made.
Documents you upload
Documents are stored privately and are opened only through a short lived private link for people who are part of that deal or for the Aurevia review team.
Aurevia does not check whether a document is accurate, complete or current, and gives no opinion on its content.
The Aurevia assistant
The assistant explains where you are and what happens next. It never accepts terms, never signs or agrees anything, never sends an offer, never approves a verification and never moves a deal forward on your behalf.
Ending your access
You can ask Aurevia to close your account at any time. Aurevia may suspend access where these terms are broken or where a review raises a serious concern. Records of introductions already made are kept.
